Incredible cleanliness was a standout feature during my visit. the room felt impeccably tidy, which is a rarity in my experiences. The staff during check-in were exceptionally friendly, setting a positive tone right away. However, my experience was marred by some confusion regarding a cancellation policy, which led to encounters with staff that felt more confrontational than helpful. Thankfully, the proximity to local dining options made up for some frustrations.

We had a fantastic stay! The pool area was great for the kids, and the large lounge area was super comfy. I loved the modern room design, and it felt safe leaving the truck in the lot.

The hotel environment felt welcoming. The location is fantastic, easy access to restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and had a modern feel, especially loved the decor. The staff were generally friendly, and the check-in was quick. Breakfast was a highlight. a great spread of options including fresh fruit and a variety of hot dishes. However, the bed was quite hard, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The toilet noise was a problem too. every flush echoed loudly in the room, which was annoying. Also, I noticed the housekeeping service could improve. the duvet didn't seem properly arranged. Overall, a pleasant visit, but some areas could use attention.

This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent free wi-fi, convenient 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. The staff took great care of my elderly parents during my first stay, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommended!

my stay at hampton was fantastic! everything was sparkling clean, and the staff went above and beyond. check-in was quick, and i loved the walk-in shower in my queen room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. plus, they had a fitness center and pool, which the kids loved! the breakfast was also impressive with fresh fruits every morning!

Super comfy stay!

I stayed for 1 night and was really impressed! The room was super clean, and the staff were way friendlier than expected. The indoor pool was nice, but it could use a little TLC. Breakfast didn’t have much fruit, which was a bummer, but overall it was a good experience.
